However, we appreciate this statement is easier said then done and currently there is a talent resource within many companies that is somewhat transparent, over-looked, under-resourced and under-utilised...women in senior management.

Ach-Eve is a programme developed for women identified as having the potential to reach the executive within 5 years. It has been designed to complement the internal talent objectives of organisations and drive forward effective performance of not just the organisation but the individual leader too. 

Ach-Eve will support individuals and organisations who are focused on retaining and developing their female talent pipeline, from senior management through to the executive, and ensure it is not only strong and well represented but provides a sustainable solution to a challenge faced by many.

Ach-Eve is a series of intense half day events that are results and outputs driven.  These skill focused events have been identified as the key business areas for emerging top leaders to develop, with their career acceleration in mind.  Events are London based and work with a ‘Chatham House’ rules environment with between 20-50 women at each event.  In addition to Members attending events with unique networking and peer to peer coaching support, they will also have the opportunity to be paired with a Two Percent Club Member as their Mentor.
